Well known stockbroker in the heart of the City, with traditional values and working atmosphere in state of the art, hi-tech offices seeks an efficient, team worker who has at least 2 years' UK Corporate actions processing experience. Your day will consist of extensive liaison with front office, clients and colleagues, processing high volume bonus/rights issues, open offers, M&A, etc to strict deadlines; dealing with all related queries and acting as ambassador for the CA section, representing the team at internal and external meetings.
