Description
A well established and reputable financial services company is looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager/Relation Support Administrator.
The purpose of this position is to support the Strategic Relationship Team in providing a first class service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the management of client issues and change requests, preparing client service level reports, co-ordinating client feedback surveys/reports and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience with direct client relationships, have good attention to detail, proactive with a strong character.
Experience from a financial services background is essential as is experience of SLAs and reporting within this sector. IAQ preferred but not essential.
