Description
A well established and progressive financial services company in Chelmsford is looking to recruit a Complaints Team Leader for their Customer and Client Service Division.
Preferably (but not essential) from a Financial Services background you will have 2/3 years within a complaints role and at least 1 years experience of supervising staff. This position is highly FSA regulated therefore candidates with this knowledge may have an advantage.
The role will encompass through assessment if the company responses to complaints and the production of regular reports to the Executives.
Root cause analysis and the wider investigation of information relating to improved quality of customer service and business performance is a key function of the role.
Personal Specification
Previous team leader/management experience within a Complaints role pref within Financial Services.
